HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order using the tracking number sent to the email address you provided at checkout. The tracking number will be sent once your order has left our warehouse. Click on Track My Order and enter your shipment ID.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
- All our orders are delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the country. (Please note that delivery times are estimated).
- Processing Time: 0–1 business days before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
Returns are processed as quickly as possible, starting from the moment your return is shipped from the drop-off point to our inspection hub and warehouse. Refunds usually take between 2 to 10 business days. You’ll receive email notifications once your return has been processed and your refund issued.

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order – no questions asked. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within this 30-day period.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in resellable condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds typically take 2–10 business days.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away.
Our team will assess the situation and provide the best possible solution.
What items can’t be returned?
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items returned damaged without prior approval from our customer support – these returns will be rejected and the products discarded
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at your own expense.
You are responsible for any costs or fees associated with returning your order.
Please keep proof of postage until your return has reached our warehouse. We cannot process your return without a tracking number or proof of shipment.
