Return & Refund Policy

Thank You for Your Purchase!

We hope you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date — no questions asked. This includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer, which is always protected by law.

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period, during which you can return your order without providing a reason. These 30 days are counted from the date you received your package. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 30 days. Your legal right of withdrawal (14 days) is included in this period and remains valid regardless of our extended return policy.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in resellable condition, with original tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please note: The statutory right of withdrawal applies to unused, undamaged items only. For claims related to defective products, please see the section below.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
  • You will recieve an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Refunds usually take between 2–10 business days to appear in your bank account.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Our team will assess the situation and provide the best possible solution.
We may require that the product is returned to us for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued. In some cases, we may also ask for photo or video evidence to help us better understand the issue.
Claims cannot be processed without either a return or sufficient documentation of the fault.

Which Products Cannot Be Returned?

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.
  • Items returned damaged without prior approval from our customer support – these returns will be rejected, and the products will be disposed of.

Return Costs

  • You are responsible for all costs and fees associated with returning your order.
  • Always keep proof of shipment until your return has reached our warehouse. We cannot process your return if you cannot provide a tracking number or proof of shipment.
